The CXWG is a volunteer movement that invites professionals passionate about transforming and improving customer experience to share their time and talent. The aim is to make a difference in people's lives by addressing their experience challenges. Participation is free, making it an inclusive event for all who wish to contribute.
The Global Edition of the CXWG is set to take place in June 2024. Although the schedule is yet to be announced, the anticipation is building. We eagerly await the unveiling of the team captains and the keynote speaker for the opening ceremony.
Regional Games In addition to the global event, regional games will be held in September 2024. We are thrilled to announce that the games will be returning to Poland and Latin America. Moreover, we extend a warm welcome to South Africa, which will be hosting its first country edition. Get Involved
