THE
CHALLENGES
What challenges have we had at previous CX World Games?
THE CHALLENGES.
What type of Challenges are you going to wait?
Well, challenges have ranged from supporting a home that cares for the elderly in Colombia, and how to improve the donor experience, for example.
A 2022 challenge was "Mothers and children in conflict: the most vulnerable How can they be helped?" The challenge was to identify and propose a set of tools that a spontaneous volunteer or a group of volunteers could use to help mothers and children feel emotionally and psychologically contained, with the idea that mothers and children can reduce the levels of uncertainty in which they live and feel safer, avoiding being victims of violence, harassment or human trafficking.
The second challenge of the 2021 edition was to help LoveNotLost, an NGO founded by Ashley Jones that does a beautiful job of supporting parents who have children with terminal illnesses and helps them to create beautiful memorials so that they can live their grief in a different way and for example, the idea was to improve the user experience so that visitors to their website become constant donors.
And there was also a challenge at the CXWG 2022 edition around Crossroads, to define the best experience that interns need and how to better manage their stay and become advocates for their activities.
